Policy Pal Premium Billing, Inc has been serving Texas insureds since 1979. Our founder and owner William Paul Davis, Jr. started Policy Pal in an effort to offer affordable premium financing to our partners. We are the in-house finance company with Texas Specialty Underwriters, and we also finance with many additional MGA’s nationwide. Policy Pal is unique in that we are independently owned, that means we offer flexibility and special consideration to each insured’s individual situation. We are large enough that we have funded over 4 million in premiums over the years, but we are small enough to remember your name when you call!

The insurance agent submits a finance quote request
Policy Pal offers finance terms based on insurance policy premium amount
Insurance agent and insured sign the finance quote and agent returns quote to Policy Pal
Policy Pal processes the funding for the premium amount
Insured repays Policy Pal in 10 monthly installments
